Welcome to Surrey Drone Surveys. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site or engaging our services.

1. Services:

Surrey Drone Surveys provides aerial drone surveying services, including, but not limited to, land surveys, roof inspections, construction progress monitoring, and property imagery.

All services are subject to availability and site conditions, including weather and airspace restrictions.

2. Bookings & Cancellations:

Bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or our booking form.
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to adverse weather, safety concerns, or airspace restrictions. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a rescheduled appointment or refund if applicable.

3. Pricing & Payment:

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
A deposit may be required to secure a booking.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Our settlement terms are strictly 14 days from the date of the invoice. For any invoice not paid within 14 days, interest will be charged at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. This applies to both commercial and public/private contracts.
In addition, a reasonable administrative fee may be applied to cover the extra work involved in chasing late payments. All penalty charges must be paid within 7 working days of notification. Failure to do so may result in further charges and potential legal action to recover the debt.

4. Use of Aerial Footage:

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

All aerial images and videos captured remain the intellectual property of Surrey Drone Surveys.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for personal or commercial purposes related to the project.
Footage may not be sold or redistributed without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to use anonymised footage or images for marketing, unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities:

You must ensure we have legal permission to fly over the area to be surveyed.
You must inform us of any specific site hazards or access issues in advance.
Any delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete site information may result in additional charges.

6. Limitations of Liability:

While we take all reasonable precautions:

Surrey Drone Surveys shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use or reliance on aerial data.
Liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

7. Safety & Compliance:

All flights are conducted in accordance with current UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations and industry best practices. We maintain full commercial drone insurance.

8. Intellectual Property:

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Surrey Drone Surveys and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

9. Governing Law:

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
